Serving for over 16 years as the Lead Pastor of The Wealthy Place, he leads a vibrant, Christ-centered ministry focused on spiritual empowerment, kingdom principles, and marketplace impact.
At the core of Pastor Andy's life and ministry is a steadfast commitment to family values. He is happily married to Lady Pastor Akorba William, and together they are blessed with three children: Lianna, Micah, and Nikyla.

In addition to his pastoral calling, Pastor Andy serves as the Head of Digital Media at the Controller and Accountant-General's Department (CAGD) in Ghana. In this role, he leads strategic communication, public relations, and digital innovation initiatives.
Driven by a deep conviction that character, capacity, and competence must grow together, he founded the TELS Leadership Academy and is the author of "From Integrity to Influence," a practical guide on character-driven leadership.
