Our Vision

A Course-Based Leadership School

TELS is a course-based leadership program with three levels: Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each level builds on the one before it and ends with a certificate. Together they cover twelve courses.

Our mission is to give leaders a clear path for spiritual growth and leadership training, joining biblical principles with practical tools for real-world impact.

Our goal is to raise leaders who think clearly, live uprightly, and lead well at home, in church, at work, and in business.

Level 01

Foundation

Spiritual Growth
Award: TELS Foundation Certificate in Spiritual Growth

Final Award

Upon successful completion of all 12 courses across the three levels, students are awarded the TELS Leadership Excellence Certificate and receive the distinguished title of TELS Graduate.

About the Founder

Andy William Ahiadorme

Andy William Ahiadorme

Andy William Ahiadorme founded TELS on one conviction: character, capacity, and competence must grow together, in the church and in the marketplace.

For 16 years, he has served as Lead Pastor of The Wealthy Place. He also brings over ten years of experience in public affairs and institutional communications, currently serving as Lead Digital Head at Ghana's Controller and Accountant-General's Department (CAGD).

He holds an MSc in Communication & International Marketing and is a Chartered Manager (CMgr) with CMI (UK), holding a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice.
